To access the Australian Energy Producers Member rates, your company must be either be a current financial member at the time of registration or a new member signed application form must be received by Australian Energy Producers on or before 20 February 2026. The Australian Energy Producers Conference & Exhibition Registration Terms & Conditions will be available in December 2025.
Please note:
1Delegate tickets and/or additional tickets for the Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner and the Farewell Cocktails can be purchased at the listed applicable costs during the registration process.
2Australian Energy Producers Journal (2026) will be published online and available immediately prior to conference. Applicable delegates will be issued with a unique access code via email accordingly.
3Early Career registrations criteria is available via the Early Career Registration page. Registrations will close COB Friday 8 May 2026. A questionnaire will be required to be completed. Limit of 10 registrations per organisation.
4Student registrations criteria is available via the Student Registration page. Registration will close COB Friday 8 May 2026. A questionnaire will be required to be completed.
5Accredited media must be pre-approved by Australian Energy Producers prior to registering. Full Media Information can be found at Media.
6Australian Energy Producers will be negotiating with specific industry bodies and associations for special rates for their members. Please contact your association body and check if you are eligible to access these special rates.
