Meeting Zone
The Australian Energy Producers Exhibition is the perfect place to conduct business – Reserve a meeting space in the Meeting Zone in the Exhibition. Registered attendees can book up to one-hour meetings for six people or less during the below times.
Please note as the Meeting Zone is located inside the Australian Energy Producers Exhibition, all meeting attendees must be registered delegates or exhibitor guest pass holders to the conference.
Meeting Zone Opening Hours:
- Tuesday 27 May: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Wednesday 28 May: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Thursday 29 May: 8:00am – 3:00pm
Pre-conference bookings for the Meeting Zone will open on this webpage in March 2025.
