Marty Clough is the General Manager Strategic Projects for Chevron Australia and oversees initiatives to drive Chevron’s competitive performance.

Marty joined the oil and gas industry in 2000 and Chevron Australia’s Asset Development Team in 2007 where he has held a variety of Petroleum Engineering positions. From 2017 to 2020, Marty completed an assignment in Strategy, Planning and Commercial supporting Chevron’s Africa and Latin America business units, based in Houston.

Returning to Perth in 2020, Marty drove gas supply planning for the Australia business as the Gas Supply Team Lead and, most recently, he was the Wheatstone Asset Development Manager, a position held since August 2023.

Marty received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology/Geophysics from the University of Western Australia in 1999, and Master of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Imperial College London in 2006.
