Simon was appointed Chairman at ExxonMobil Australia Pty Ltd from June 2024. Since joining ExxonMobil in 1997, Simon has held multiple assignments in engineering, operations, planning, and commercial teams.

Simon’s roles have supported and managed operations around the world including in Australia, Nigeria, Qatar, Canada, and the US. He was previously Senior Vice President for Imperial Oil Limited in Canada, responsible for all of Imperial’s Upstream operations and activities, and was a member of Imperial Oil’s Management Committee.
