Stuart is a senior member of the Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer Energy & Resources team based in Perth.
Stuart’s areas of expertise include energy regulatory advice, acquisition and divestment, joint venture and project structuring, project development (particularly LNG project development) and the negotiation of State Agreements.
He has presented at numerous AEP conferences. He has published articles on integrated gas project structuring, management of resource projects, acquisitions of natural gas pipelines, risk allocation, State and Commonwealth energy law, policy and legislation, CCS, decommissioning law and policy, and issues for contractors under the Timor Sea Treaty.
He has been recognised as a leading practitioner in independent industry and professional guides for over 20 years.
