Preparation

  1. Request your prospectus here.
  2. Read the prospectus, rates and Terms & Conditions.
  3. Select your top 10 location preferences from the up to date Exhibition floorplan (see Exhibition Prospectus).

Apply

  1. Submit your application to exhibit online via Australian Energy Producers Conference & Exhibition – Exhibition Sales & Bookings.
  2. Receive a confirmation email within 5 working days of your application, advising your allocated Exhibition location.
  3. Confirm your acceptance within 5 working days from receipt of the confirmation email. If an acceptance isn’t received within this timeframe, your space is subject to release/reallocation.
