Submissions, via the online journal management system ScholarOne Manuscripts can only be made during the specified period when Australian Energy Producers and the Technical Program Committee are working on the upcoming conference. Authors may choose to submit either a Peer-reviewed Paper (to be published in the Australian Energy Producers Journal) or an Extended Abstract (to be published in Supplement 1 to the Australian Energy Producers Journal)

This form should be used if you are the sole author and own the copyright in the article, or are one of two or more authors who jointly own the copyright in the article. Only the corresponding author is required to sign this form, but the corresponding author will be signing the form on behalf of all authors.

This form should be used if one or more of the authors do not own the copyright in the article e.g., if their employer owns the copyright in the article, or if the corresponding author does not wish, or does not have the authority, to sign on behalf of the other authors. All copyrights owners are required to sign this form. As a general guidance, an author’s employer usually owns any copyright in the article if the author has written the article within the scope of the author’s employment and the employer organisation is a commercial corporation or Government department or agency. This form may also be appropriate where you are an employee of the United States government and have written the article within the scope of your employment.

The nominated speaker must be a registered full, day, early career1 or student1 delegate, with nil funds owing, and attend the Australian Energy Producers 2027 Conference & Exhibition in Perth, Western Australia. 20% discount is provided to one speaker per presentation2. Your speaker registration is due on or before Friday 19 March 2027.

2 20% discount is applicable on Full or Day delegate registration types only.

Australian Energy Producers Conference & Exhibition does not require you to use a standard/master template. Your presentation is your own and can be designed as you wish, including the use of your company logos, colours and/or branding. You also do not need to use the Australian Energy Producers or the Conference logo/s.
However, we will provide PowerPoint templates with the conference branding, the conference logo and/or banner for your use, if you wish to utilise these. These will be available in January 2027.
